32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.

33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.

35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

38 And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.

39 He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it. (Matthew 10)

This week and next week I’d like to highlight two ministries to which, I believe, we owe a great debt of gratitude.

Please know that I don’t usually “endorse” a ministry. There are a couple Hebraic/Messianic ministries as well as a couple of Christian ministries that I do think are very good.

When considering a ministry from which I’ll personally get input, I try to look for balance, the kind of spirit that permeates it, and its objectivity toward the Scriptures. As I’ve said before, I believe Yeshua was perfect in all three of these. That said, I realize the rest of us are mere humans subject to our own biases and blind spots.

So this week, I would like to focus upon Christian J. Pinto’s ministry.

This dear believer is at the forefront of the times in which we live. He has done several great historical presentations while making application to the present. I do believe he fulfills the three things I mentioned above. He is balanced with a great spirit and an objective heart toward the Scriptures.

I know he’s not Messianic, but for me that’s not a problem. His doctrine is sound. His love for the Word is genuine. And in light of everything going on in the Christian world, he’s someone I would gladly link up with to do battle for the Lord.

Those of us in the Hebraic/Messianic movement need to pull back on the reigns somewhat when it comes to the way we dismiss anything Christian. Like it or not (and I like it) those who have been washed in the blood of Yeshua are our brothers and sisters in the Lord. We do not have the right, or luxury, of castigating all “Christians” because they aren’t “Messianic.”

Not only do we owe a huge debt of gratitude to present day men like Pinto, we owe an even greater debt of gratitude to many of our Christian forefathers. Many of these men did greater works for the Lord than we’ll ever begin to hope to accomplish. And yes, God used them even though they didn’t wear Tzit Tzits, they ate bacon, and they worshipped on Sunday.

I don’t think God is quite as concerned with the great divide that we have created between Christian and Messianic. If anything, He’s probably disheartened. Sure they don’t “keep” the Torah like we NOW do but … how many of us are keeping Torah like we’re supposed to? Funny strings, not eating pork, and worshiping on a different day aren’t all the things that make somebody “Torah observant.”

With all that said, I’m on the look out for men that are making a difference for the Lord with meekness and humility. Pinto does. When you listen to Pinto, please notice how he fulfills the three aspects I feel are important in any ministry.

I would like to encourage you to go to his website: https://www.adullamfilms.com/. He has a lot of great resources that are very well done and very informative.

He also has a podcast you can listen to. I would like to suggest the Noise of Thunder podcast entitled Matthew Ten Thirty Four dated 4/1/19 (http://www.noiseofthunderradio.com/noise-of-thunder-radio-show/). I just listened to it today. It is really good and applicable to the religious encroachment nations around the world (and us) are being subjected to and overcome by.

Also, there are many videos and teachings by him on YouTube. I initially watched many of his films there to get an indication of where he’s coming from and what he is hoping to achieve. Great stuff.

Folks, we’re going to need men like Pinto in the coming days. And may I say, we need men now that ARE like Pinto. This man is putting his life, family and ministry on the line. He needs our prayers to keep on keeping on for the Lord.

Next week, the second Christian ministry we should be very grateful for.

Hope to see you next week :-)
